On this episode, Aldwin speaks on the importance of accepting the challenge of asking for help. There is nothing wrong with asking or receiving help, yet society deems individuals who ask for it weaker or vulnerable than. We can't accomplish anything in this life as individuals. When we surround ourselves with the right people, the right outcomes can occur. Aldwin speaks also on Jonathan Majors and domestic violence. By no means, should domestic violence be accepted in any shape or form. Also, he speaks on the migrant crisis going on in NYC and Chicago.
