Meditation with "I AM" affirmations is a wonderful way for kids to build a positive self-image and develop emotional resilience. This exercise can be done together with parents, creating a bonding experience that reinforces the affirmations. Begin by sitting comfortably and taking a few deep breaths together. This breathing exercise helps to calm the mind and prepares you to focus on the affirmations that follow. This practice is great at the end of the day, before bedtime.

Practice these affirmations for 21 days in a row or more for them to sink into the subconscious mind.
