Graham is a qualified Personal Trainer in Melbourne Australia. Graham was previously a senior manager within the retirement industry but always had a passion for fitness. He completed his Certificate IV in 2012 when he was well over 50. He now runs a Personal Training business focusing on helping people over 50 improve their health and fitness.
