After procrastinating for a while, Fiona made the move into the fitness industry with commencement of Cert III in 2021 at the age of 52. She kept going and is fresh from completing her Cert IV in Feb 2024. Fiona helps people of all ages, but feels drawn to helping older adults live better lives through building strength and fitness. This really shines through in her story.
