This is an episode that explores a pet peeve of mine, the failure of follow up. It's something we've all experienced many times where either we really want to buy something and can't get sales staff to follow up, a service call that goes unanswered with no follow up, and maybe we ourselves have forgotten to follow up with a customer or client.
