Hi Angels,
We are back after a little break whilst I focused on the Soul Season Event aka had several breakdowns several times a day for 2 weeks - but boy it was worth it! We had the most perfect day, keep your eyes and ears peeled for details of our next event, you won't want to miss it!
Today we are talking all about energy, specifically about how we can unknowingly be leaking energy and how this might be showing up for you. Your energy is the most crucial thing you need to master when it comes to manifesting and creating the life of your dreams.
I will talk you through some simple visualisation exercises that will help you conceptualise and connect more easily to your own energy. I will also give you a simple but SUPER effective exercise to call back your energy to you when you are feeling depleted.
