Helping each other out is a good thing, right? What happens when it doesn’t feel like such a good thing, though? What happens when someone in your family gets sick or a friend goes through a hard time, but you don’t want to help them? These are the types of questions my friend Dr. Colter Ray and I are making mentionable in this week’s episode.
We also talk about the pressure of feeling like you have to know what to say and how we can be better supporters if we decide to lend support to a friend or family member going through a tough time.

Show notes and transcript available here.
