In this episode, we tell the story of how 2 warriors battled for the 2023 Challenge Championship.

They had to pull sleds, carry farmers walks, and solve some very complex puzzles along the way.

We also cover how to practice belly breathing, why I started taking 20g of protein within 20 minutes of waking up, and why you should never, ever through out your better half's stuff when trying to declutter your house.
