I'll be honest - I'm an introvert with big and bold visions for my business. That means I have to learn to co-exist with being an introvert and run my business confidently at the start. Being confident didn't happen overnight for me. It took me years to build my confidence. Layer by layer, I dissolved my false beliefs and practised new thoughts to build my self-confidence.
In this episode, I share with you five simple ways to build self-confidence fast so you won't waste time buffering any more. I made it simple for you and I invite you to experiment with what I share as a Scientist. Have fun playing with those ideas.
