Felt really drawn to record this podcast so I hope you enjoy it.

These are some of my favourite ways to reset when I'm feeling down or just need a restart.

  • Think about the things I want for myself
  • Update my vision board to feel more aligned
  • Write out my manifestations - scripting
  • See a psych
  • Go on mental health websites to read about what I'm feeling
  • Your vibe attracts your tribe
  • Get out more
  • Go for a walk around newtown
  • Think about a way I want to uplevel
