Kirk Kinnell is a retired Crisis Negotiator and former Head of Hostage Negotiations with 30 years of experience. Having worked in law enforcement and the Armed Policing unit in Scotland, he attended roughly 250 incidents to successfully save the lives of people in crisis and contemplating suicide.
