Jim is joined by coaches Steve Seay and Rebecca Schleifer to talk about the challenges that business owners face.
Steve looks back to the beginning of his coaching business and reflects on the importance of working "IN" his business when he was asking himself these questions - "What am I doing now to create business? Who am I serving? How am I creating money today?"

Sometimes when you've worked IN your business for a long period of time, you can only sustain that level of motivation and energy for so long. And that can be an opportunity to know it is time to dream bigger."
