Happy Monday! It's Garden Session time. Gardening has become my therapy and I often feel the need to share what I am thinking or lessons learned, not just in life but what is actually going on in my garden. On this early rise I awakened refreshed after a great relaxing and refreshing weekend. As business owners and creatives we work hard to make our projects become successful. We all know there is always something to do, keeping us busy and on the move. I believe that it is important that we continue to think about taking time out for ourselves - resting, relaxing, meditating, sitting still, being quiet. Resting allows our bodies to restore back to a normal state of health. Without rest we are unable to perform at our best, leaving room for error or slower response or reflex...
