Holly Powley is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Bristol. Her research interests lie in banking law and banking regulation. Her current research focuses on banking conduct and culture, considering both the impact of biases on decision-making processes within banks as well as the current legal framework for dealing with questions of banking standards and conduct.
