With Covid-19 unfortunately still hanging out in many cities across the globe, many of us are still stressed /depressed /tired /scared /anxious, you name it. And one mind/body response that has become increasingly difficult for many of us to manage is WILLPOWER. Let's be real: it ain't easy to muster up the self-control and self-discipline required to get those workouts done and healthy foods consumed.
