Why exercise? Exercise is a powerful medicine, integral to a healthy lifestyle. It prevents health problems, builds strength, boosts energy, and reduces stress. Additionally, it aids in maintaining a healthy weight, curbing appetite, and enhancing mental well-being.
So what is your why, what is your reason as to why you are choosing to go and exercise or do it? Whether it's for strength, stress relief, mental clarity, or simply feeling good, embracing exercise as part of your routine is an investment in your overall well-being.
