Again, another film taking liberties with the source material. Some of it works, most does not. Raul Julia hams it up like no other with his portrayal of M. Bison
"Street Fighter: The Movie" is a 1994 action film based on the popular video game franchise. Bison, portrayed by Raul Julia. The story unfolds on the fictional Shadaloo Island, where Bison plans to rule the world with his army.
