A monumental announcement for Irish Powerlifting. Jay Farrant of ABS Powerlifting, Ian Benson of Urban Barbell, and Gar Benn of CityGym are coming together to form USAPL Ireland. The 3 coaches discuss their motivations for moving in this direction and away from other federations. They outline their goals coming into the new year, as well as major plans in the future.
