Kristen Timchak is an Ayurvedic Educator, Holistic Life Coach with a focus on nervous system health and self care, and a MotherCircle Facilitator. She is the host of The Nourished Nervous System Podcast. Kristen believes that big change can be accomplished with small, consistent steps. She draws on her 20 plus years of study and experience in yoga, Ayurveda, somatic practices, and life experiences to help people (especially women and mothers) nourish their nervous systems.
