Stress triggers so many hormones in the body! Hormones that affect our waistline, our mind, and our energy. It's SO crazy how intricate the web of hormones is in our body.

This episode is a little more "science-y" if that's a word. LOL. But I think if you truly know "why" you're making changes and know "what" is changing you're more likely to see results faster when you start making better lifestyle choices.
