On this weeks episode my dear friend Drew come on the pod to tell his story. Going from Marks and sparks to Paralympic hopefully to being stuck in the house recovering from a bike accident on a training ride during a global pandemic to now over a year sober and training for the Brighton marathon !
Drew is an true inspiration to people and shows that no matter what cards life deals you its up to you how you play them. "This to shall pass"
Being over a year sober we spoke about the challenges he has faced and how he has worked on his mindset over the last year to get to a place he currently is now.
My favourite quote of the episode was " you have two ears and one mouth so used them in that ratio".
This will not be the last you hear of drew. He is destined for greatness and He will be successful at what ever he puts his mind too.
