Karen is the Founder of Engaging Education and Co-Founder of the Future Female Leaders Program.
Karen set up Engaging Education in 2016 to create opportunities for young people and educators connecting and engaging with industry professionals. Young people learn concepts, build skills and increase in confidence and courage. Engaging Education started out as an events company and has evolved to become a creator of innovative game-changing experiences that up-skill and engage. This purpose has grown by witnessing the real impact that can be achieved when young people and educators have the resources, opportunities, support and networks to enrich and extend learning.
Karen shares her entrepreneurial journey starting with mindset which she believes is super important. She shares details of fears and challenges she has overcome.
Karen also shares details of how she was recently diagnosed with ADHD and how she has leveraged this in a positive way.
