For many people in these businesses it was either adapt or perish.
Tanya Hanouch chose the former.
As a means of Covid-proofing, the owner of suburban wine bar Wolfe & Molone quickly reinvented her business as Quarantine Canteen, and started home delivery to grateful locals.
Constantly innovating to stay alive, Tanya tells Kath & Mish about the best and worst of times, and the hard lessons she's learnt that's helped keep her doors open, when so many have been forced to close.
