In this episode of the Fit For Golf Podcast. I am joined by Dr Rob Gray.
Rob is an expert in skill acquisition, which is how we learn and improve at things like hitting golf balls , kicking footballs, or tying our shoe laces. I was delighted to have him as a guest and ask him about the science behind swing changes, and how we can best set up our practice routines to make changes stick.
