This ten year journey began as a hobby for the founders of Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery. They are lovers of bourbon and whiskey. The idea of opening a winery didn't appeal to them as much as starting a distillery. The timing fell in line with New York's changing its farm distillery laws. Christian came on board three years ago as the head distiller. He has had his hand in brewing since 2007, so the transition to distilling was a comfortable move. They have recently expanded and moved into a new space to give their guests an even more fabulous experience. The added room provided for much needed production and barrel storage area. Springbrook Hollow Farm Distillery offers consumers a chance to experience the flavor and character of the Adirondacks.
