When we look through the history of boxing there are numerous legendary Irish names that feature prominently in both amateur AND paid ranks. Despite the highs and lows of a domestic scene, the peaks and troughs of popularity and support - there are still a couple of authentic, hard working & honest outposts. Gyms where folk can go to train for whatever fight they face next.
