In this week's episode, we look at what can happen at work if you swear at - or with your colleagues at work, and find yourself at the receiving end of a disciplinary hearing. We also look at what may happen if you face the sack for gross misconduct for swearing at work.
It's our view, that the more you are able to acquaint yourself with your employment rights in this area, the more your rights will act as an early warning system, which you can use to spot bad treatment or illegal treatment that you may be suffering at work.
