Lost Spirits Distilling at Area 15 closes on April 29
Trump Hotel is co-owned with Phil Ruffin (TI and Circus Circus). Las Vegas Review Journal on April 5 discussed that it could be sold as the former president attempts to pay his legal fees. That is still speculation at this point.
Plans were announced for the King David hotel and resort aimed at Jewish vistors. Many, including Scott at VV, doubt it will ever actually open
