I’ve got to be honest with you—this episode almost didn’t make it to your ears! I hit record without much preparation, so you’ll definitely notice it’s a bit more off-the-cuff than usual. These questions have been lifesavers for me, helping to simplify my days and bring a bit more joy into the mix. At one point, I even paused the recording three-quarters of the way through to give myself five minutes to actually journal on these prompts.
