In this episode we talk about how powerful books can be on your personal growth and development. I share an extensive list of the books that have created some positive influence on my life and growth.
We also talk about how you can find the time to give yourself access to knowledge by using your NET time. It is far more helpful that using the ‘I don’t have enough time’ excuse to stay stagnant, because let’s be honest, we will always find the time to do the things that we want to do over the things that we should do.

Niomi spent her career working in HR Management and HSE Management roles. The one thing that was key to the success of both of these areas was people. Their behaviours, their attitudes and their motivators were understood on a deep level by Niomi.
After completing a degree in Psychology, a degree in Human Resource Management, and Diploma level training in Leadership and Management, Quality Auditing and Work Health Safety, Niomi obtained certification in Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT)®️ and Clinical Hypnotherapy.
