But before we start we would like to place a disclaimer that neither of us is a psychiatrist. In today's discussion,experiences we are going to explore how different people have dealt with stress. What are the simple steps they have undertaken to do that? And what experience have taught us about stress?
We have to remember that there is no short term miraculous pill that short-term you take that makes the stress go away.
