Antibody humanization & antibodies characterization can reduce the immunogenicity of monoclonal antibodies derived from xenogeneic sources. At GenScript ProBio, we offer two different packages for our antibody humanization services - deluxe and express. Our deluxe package uses CDR-grafting, back mutation with PTM analysis and screening with FASEBA to screen for the humanized antibody with the best affinity.
