I think most of us - if we’re living with a very heavy load - we need consistency in any season. Many times the holiday season is such a rush, and the cooler temperatures give us an excuse to throw in the towel for our healthy habits.
But this doesn’t have to happen!
In today’s episode, I talk about how I modify my healthy habit rhythms for the cold season.
