This is the pilot to my new Podcast that will be published on Sundays. The goal is to share the things I have and am struggling with to help us be more open about mental health issues. This episode is a little messy, just like I am. I talk about ADHD, borderline, paranoid personality disorder and give you a taste of how the future episodes will be.
