Ben Rispin pops on by the Bandecdotes studio this week to celebrate 420. Ben has been a pillar in the 905 music scene for a while now playing in bands, promoting shows, and podcasting. Nowadays he fronts a rad punk band called Rules that just played their record release show in Hamilton last Friday. We eat some edibles.
