About Anna and Goat Yoga of Southern Illinois:
We live on our hobby homestead in Alhambra IL with my husband Nick and 4 kids Raiden-15 Harper-7 Kade-5 and Boden- 8 months. About 3 years ago I went to a goat yoga class and on our way home I text my husband and asked if we could start one too. He said no way. I let God work on him 😜 and that’s exactly what he did. He had an incredible heart change and we started building fences and learning about goats. We took a huge step in faith, but I just knew in my heart it wasn’t going to fail. There is just something amazing about movement to your body with animal therapy. I promise if you step out of your comfort zone and try one of our goat yoga classes you won’t be disappointed. Putting faith over fear can be life changing.
