In this episode we chat with our go to scientist - Dr Mike Todorovic, who has a PHD in NeuroScience, is a senior university lecturer for Anatomy and Physiology and is passionate about educating people on the functioning of the human body.

We asked Dr Mike to share some of the physiological differences between men and women and we discuss how these differences can be considered for training application. We talk about fat distribution, recovery and how the potential for hypertrophy varies between a woman and a man, as well as hormonal differences, the menstrual cycle, pregnancy and much more.
