Keeping fit when unemployed or on a tight budget doesn’t have to be as hard as you think you do not need expensive gym memberships to work out you can just work out at home in the park in the garage or at home you can do bodyweight exercises not needing any equipment you can watch YouTube videos to learn how to do exercises you can go to your local charity shop thank you cheap videos and books or DVDs on how to exercise and how to diet you can buy your food in bulk or shop around to save money you can ask your local Jim if you can work hours in which to pay for the gym membership so you can train for free you can go online and do surveys in which to get paid so you can afford your organic food for the gym membership by a secondhand gym equipment like dumbbells Swiss balls kettle bells so you can still keep fit at home on a tight budget make sure remembering the fish unless it’s farmed is organic remembering most vegetables can be organic or you can buy frozen vegetables to make it even cheaper to stay in at weekends to save money quit smoking and save £10 a week and spend it on food or your gym membership don’t give up on your health and fitness just because you’ve hit a tight time or unemployment keep it going don’t give up everything has to change But learning how to budget is the main thing ask your friends if they have any equipment to help you or any books that you can read there’s no excuse not to exercise 48% in the UK find an excuse that’s more than half the population which is really sad so don’t be sad get out do that walk to that run do them presents and go shopping and enjoy the process of shopping for cheap and painless please subscribe please come in Patia please like thank you --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/scott-bryant6/message
