Most of the time when we think of a workout, we think of the word WORK. It feels hard and boring.
Or you might be goal-oriented like we tend to be and become so obsessed with the goal that you stop enjoying the movement.
What I’ve discovered over the past 4.5 years is that when I invite God into my workouts they can become worship.
It becomes an extension of my time with Him.
“‘For in him we live and move and have our being.’ As some of your own poets have said, ‘We are his offspring.’” ??Acts? ?17:28? ?NIV??
What if we learned how to embrace the good pain that comes with working out? The kind of satisfying pain that means we pushed ourselves outside our comfort zone? A healthy pain that symbolizes progress.
