Mental health is huge right now and finally being destigmatized in many places. Which is great! And I wholeheartedly approve of that. But so many of the approaches are a one size fits all method and that doesn't work for the majority of people. Today, I want to show you the way to look at it from a Medical Astrology standpoint.
