On this episode we have a conversation with Carol Hondonga, Senior Director Talent Management, GE Africa, on what leaders should be thinking about as they lead their teams. In as much as working from home, virtual teams and distributed teams are all concepts that have been with us for a while, this time we are thrust into working remotely not by choice, but by an unprecedented human and health crisis.
