Claudia is a Career Change & Mindset Coach. She spent 7 years in corporate tech, 4 years in management living the career that she was always chasing & what she defined as a “successful career” at that time.. Even though her career looked bright & shiny on the outside, she realised one day that it didn't look bright & shiny. At all. So, Claudia took ownership of her life & in the midst of a heavy burnout decided to do something about this. To align her career to her heart's & soul's calling. Now, as a certified professional coach, Claudia wakes up every day excited, inspired & motivated. Claudia now works with beautiful clients creating their very own definition of a successful career - one that is aligned with how they want to live their life & who they want to be; enabling her to experience incredible transformations of self love, confidence & courage to take ownership of their life. We all strive for more in our careers, but what happens to our relationship with our colleagues when we suddenly become their line manager?
