Joel Gandara, Life & Business Coach and author of the 31 Days to Being a Better Man, joins Access Your Leadership to share some details about his background and journey to becoming the successful businessman, husband, father and leader of men that he is now. Joel built an empire buying and selling underwear, creating his own brand and selling his successful business before going all in on his men’s work. In our conversation we weave through how his family life, upbringing, environment and strong self of self helped propel him forward to become the leader he is today. What do leaders need to overcome obstacles/challenges they face along the way? How is choice important as you grow yourself, your business, your life? How might one identify opportunity and then lean in to seize it?
