Today's class is a 15-minute vinyasa flow. I've labelled this flow intermediate, not because the poses are difficult, but because I've assumed you have a good knowledge of how to safely transform into the poses, so I am calling out the poses instead of instructing how to get in and out of them.
This is a nice invigorating flow which will also challenge your balance
