Manage episode 388246905 series 2988380
From Project BFF HQ, Terri + Manya riff about how to deal with a friend who has hurt you, or when you have been hurt by a friend, with counselor Keith Wilson.
We discussed the concept of constructive conflict, apologizing and taking responsibility for one's role in the difficulties, and finding personal peace amid conflict with a friend.
Keith Wilson is a licensed mental health counselor in private practice in Rochester, NY. He’s had more than thirty-five years’ experience with as diverse populations as: troubled youth, troubled marriages, domestic violence victims and perpetrators; addicts and alcoholics; sexual abuse offenders, survivors, and non-offending spouses; the seriously mentally ill, the worried well, and the people who love all the above. He is the author of three self-help books, three novels, and innumerable articles on mental health and relationships.
You can learn more about him on his website.
