Today, I'm touching on a topic that most of us have experienced at some point in our motherhood....Mom Guilt! I have struggled with feeling guilty for desiring better health, and even undeserving of it at times. I'm embracing the picture of Jesus' heart for the sick in the gospels so I can step forward in this journey with freedom!
