In this episode, we speak with Alice Cellino, Au.D. of Columbus Speech and Hearing Center. Alice and Joe discuss the journey of Alice’s practice and the addition of vestibular and balance services. The two explore how Alice has built an excellent referral base in her community largely from serving veterans and offering overflow services for the VA system. Alice outlines some fantastic insight as to how she has developed and maintained relationships with the VA to acquire patients, help veterans, and generate revenue for her practice!
