In my nearly 40 years of experience of working out in gym. is all over the world.I found there to be gym. Idiot in every single one of them The same with his plane idiots when you fly.But really with the gym.You need to remember that they have Air con systems that don’t clean the air properly so somebody is sneezing coughing and farting it’s regurgitating the air and spilling it around the gym, so the chances of you picking up coronavirus, is higher.The other thing is I’ve noticed around the world is that many dreams are not cleaned thoroughly they employ one person expecting them to clean 60 or 70 machines Dumbbells barbells and cable machines.This doesn’t really work neither because people coming at different times and because they’re short staffed the guy may forget to clean. the machine that’s just been used.So unless you’re in an open air gym. the chances of you picking up something is quite high I think it was great that America close down all the gyms but they have not done it in the UK which to me is extremely stupid So in the sauna is in the gym is it the floor be cleaned but the wooden slats won’t be in the steam room they will clean the benches off once at the end of the night that’s even if they do it and the same with the cleanliness of the floors they will only be done once at the end of the day normally when the cleaner has time So this is why I chose the self isolate and Training doors not in any gym because of the coronaviruses 50% stronger than any other flu or disease that we’ve had over the last few years the influenza flu killed 50 million people this is much stronger than that this is why you need to educate yourself to train outside in the fresh air or at home here some vitamins and minerals you can take to boost your immune system

1.Vitamin C 3 g A day

2.strong probiotic

3.Magnesium

4.Vitamin K
