Many young men are struggling with their mental health, which can be worsened by the expectation they must put on a brave face and be strong. It is often described by young men that it can awkward to open up and share what is on their mind. In this podcast headspace Adelaide volunteers Harrison Schultz, Declan Heath, Sammy King and Nick Rava discuss this, but also share their experiences around opening up without judgement.
