People struggle with various sleep problems. Amongst them is one that is not often talked about: not feeling motivated to go to bed. In the past, I always used to struggle with the lack of motivation for going to bed.

Yes, even sleep itself is not motivation enough for me. However, I discovered a magical solution that changed everything for me: Having a GOOD fiction book in my life.
